BS Wellbeing represents personal training that's bursting with personality. Our focus is on results but that doesn't mean that sessions need to be predictable and clinical. We train clients with an aim to not just gain results but to show individuals that exercise needn't be a swear word. Our sessions are varied, effective and fun! We like to build strong relationships with our clients and have a seriously good time training them. A journey towards health shouldn't be something to dread and despise. We are experts at fitting a healthy lifestyle into your every day. BS Wellbeing helps individuals who feel like they don't have the time, energy or motivation to improve their well-being. Our absolute passion is powerlifting and bodybuilding. However, we train clients in all areas of fitness, from pilates and yoga to strength and functional resistance. We also promote positive thinking, practices for improved mental health and nutritional programming. The services we offer include 1:1 training as well as small group sessions. In addition, we provide a regular workshop to promote healthy living.
