BS Wellbeing represents personal training that's bursting with personality. No bullshit, just Ben Savin :-)


My name’s Ben and I love lifting, spinning bags and meels, rowing, yoga and strongman. I’m also an aspiring skinny bendy bitch. Many forms of training! I also adore dogs. The human body is meant to be challenged in many different movement patterns and by taking advantage of a variety of disciplines you can challenge and develop your strength and ability as a whole.

You need a release and you need plenty of energy. The solution is training smart and eating smart. And having loads of fun with it! Whatever your background, whatever struggles you’ve faced, whatever your gender or sexuality, you can become passionate about training and reap the physical and mental benefits! I’m a firm believer in this, and as such I’ve competed as a powerlifter in 2019, most recently at the LGBT championship in Blackpool. I took part in Static Monsters in 2021 (worldwide strongman comp) and I’m currently obsessed with Bulgarian bags, yoga and persian meels. I hold regular LGBTQ+ strongman/woman/person workshops and I am running a queer strength competition in September. See STORE for tickets.

I train my client base from the world renowned Commando Temple in Deptford, where I am the strength, movement and injury rehab coach. This is an awesome gym that is visited by the likes of Terry Hollands, Brian Shaw and Eddie Hall. It’s here that I utilise my knowledge and experience of life, endurance, bodyweight training, powerlifting, strongman and psychology in order to improve client wellbeing, inside and out.
