Ladies Who Lift

This is a strength training workshop specifically for women! If you've always wanted to understand more about lifting weights but haven't been sure where to start then this could be for you! All attendees will come along to a fun interactive workshop at the private studio in Surrey Quays. They'll learn the 'big 6' lifts and how to perform them perfectly. There will be supplementary exercises to explore and each individual will receive their own tailored plan. By the end of the weekend you'll have the knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence to build strength and muscle tone by yourself!

BSW Bodyweight Bootcamps!

BS Wellbeing Bodyweight Bootcamp!

Making time for fitness can be tough. It's not always possible to pay for regular personal training either. With this in mind, we are running our very own park bootcamp, taking place outside work hours. Sessions are paid for up front, creating the necessity for attendance, and they're very affordable so there's no excuse to put your health and wellbeing on the back burner!

The sessions will take place on Monday evenings at 7pm. The venue is Mountsfield Park, Catford, SE London. Every first session is absolutely free. The bootcamps are just £7.50 per session after that, paid for in blocks of 4 at a time.

Please note that sessions are season-specific. Bootcamps occur during the drier, lighter months owing to the park closing times. Currently the sessions are taking place between April and September.
