This is a strength training workshop specifically for women! If you've always wanted to understand more about lifting weights but haven't been sure where to start then this could be for you! All attendees will come along to a fun interactive workshop at the private studio in Surrey Quays. They'll learn the 'big 6' lifts and how to perform them perfectly. There will be supplementary exercises to explore and each individual will receive their own tailored plan. By the end of the weekend you'll have the knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence to build strength and muscle tone by yourself!
